Partner Spotlight

Through our partnership with Oak Street Health, we are bringing a "value-based" approach to community wellness directly to our drive-through line. Oak Street Health specializes in primary care specifically designed for older adults on Medicare, focusing on keeping people healthy through preventive care rather than just treating them when they are sick.

By joining us onsite, their team—which includes doctors, social workers, and Medicare experts—helps our clients navigate the complexities of healthcare and insurance while offering resources like personalized wellness plans and behavioral health support.

Their presence at the pantry allows for immediate, face-to-face connections, ensuring that the 350+ families we serve have access to the same high-quality healthcare advocacy that has earned Oak Street the trusted distinction of being the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name.
