We’re excited that you’re interested in volunteering with us! It’s a fun, rewarding experience and a potentially life-changing way to tackle the ongoing hunger problem here in Swan Texas.

What to know before you register

Health and safety precautions

We take the health and safety of our volunteers, staff, and clients seriously. Our team is taking the necessary measures to distribute food as safely as possible. We ask that anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 and/or is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms refrain from volunteering until they are fully recovered.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Swan Food Pantry volunteer! Please complete the below application to sign up as an individual volunteer.

Volunteers ages 13–17 must have a parent/guardian present. (Sorry, no volunteers under age 13.)

Once your application is accepted (24-48 hours) you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule yourself to volunteer.

Please Note- Swan Food Pantry does participate with court ordered or court mandated volunteer programs.

Prior arrangement between court and pantry director is REQUIRED.

Volunteer as a group

Download and complete the group application below and email it to contact@swanfoodpantry.org.

After submitting the application, one of our team members will contact you to schedule a date for your group's volunteer session.

We kindly ask groups who are looking to volunteer that you secure your date as early on as possible. We recommend scheduling 2–4 weeks in advance, as our volunteer activities tend to fill up rapidly
